Debating Corporate Governance with Vincent Browne

It was an entertaining debate about interlocking boards, concentration of board power in the hands of a few individuals in Ireland, social value of banking, whether directors are "part time"...

The context was a recent report by TASC about interlocking boards in Ireland showing that 39 individuals held more than 2 board appointments at 40 companies. It is a very useful piece of research and could be a good starting point for more work in that area.
